Recipe adapted from The Beeroness Bread Ingredients: 3 cups Flour 2 TBS. Sugar 2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 3/4 tsp. Cinnamon 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans 1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled and chopped (about 1 cup) 12 oz. Apple Beer® 4 TBS. Melted Butter For the Caramel Sauce 3/4 cup Sugar 2 TBS. Water 2 TBS. Salted Butter Directions Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix together Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Pecans, Cinnamon, and chopped Apples. Pour in the Apple Beer and Melted Butter and stir until combined Pour batter in a greased loaf pan. Set aside. Carmel Sauce In a pot over high heat, add the Sugar, Water, and Butter. Stir until the Butter is all melted and then let it boil without stirring for 5-6 minutes, or until the sugar has turned a pretty amber color. Pour the caramel sauce over the prepared batter in the loaf pan. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy! I recommend eating this bread right out of the oven. It is absolutely deslish.
